ODM Party Leader and Hon Raila Odinga's close ally in the House of Representatives, Hon James Orengo, has today questioned where his boss will get votes to defeat Deputy President William Ruto and his entire Kenya Kwanza Alliance brigade in the upcoming 2022 general election if none of the Azimio Fringe parties in the Nyanza Region is ready to openly sell his bid in the Luo Nyanza Region amidst reports that Ruto's UDA has gained substantial support.
At an ODM Leaders Rally in Siaya County hosted by ODM leaders on Tuesday, the veteran lawmaker warned his Azimio counterparts against relying solely on their own knowledge and assumptions in the political arena, pointing out that this has not yielded any positive results.
In addition, James Orengo has urged political rivals, including Nicholas Ngumbo, John Mbadi, and Evans Kidero, to put aside their differences and work on selling Raila.
