SC Ahmed Nasir Reveals Why The Loser in The Presidential Race Might Not Go to The Supreme Court

After voting two days ago, most Kenyans are now anxiously waiting for the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission to verify the results before announcing the winners.

According to the commission's chairman, Wafula Chebukati all forms both thirty four A and B must be verified before this is done. In different top media tallies, UDA's presidential candidate William Ruto and his counterpart from Azimio la Umoja,Raila Odinga have been exchanging leads.

In some instances different houses have been displaying totally different results from their fellows. Every top media house has been seen conducting their own tally. Amid the much awaited announcement of results by the electoral body, many have been seen calling upon the one who will lose to concede defeat.

Top lawyer, Ahmed Nasir has stated that he does not see any of the presidential candidates challenging the results in the supreme court. According to him, the electoral body has done an impressive work and has called upon Kenyans to stay patient as the commission does its work.
