Deputy president William Ruto's camp has received another good news from the ongoing campaigns in Matungu Constituency ahead of By-elections.
The second in command's newly formed party, the Unite Democratic Alliance fielded one of the first Candidates to vie for a seat using the party's ticket, with former Kakamega County Senator Boni Khalwale leading the party's campaigns ahead of the By-elections.
Although the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party withdrew from the by-elections leaving an Amani National Congress (ANC) and UDA locking horns in campaigns ahead of the by-elections, the DP's party have received a huge boost for their Candidate after an aspirant withdrew in the favour of the UDA candidate.
The party is hopping for a repeat of what happened in Msambweni Constituency By-elections, where the independent candidate they threw their weight on his back Mr Faisal Bader won the elections.
Meanwhile, what is your opinion, can DP Ruto's party win the elections after the boost?
