President William Ruto's tenure since he succeeded Retired President Uhuru Kenyatta last year has continued to trigger mixed reactions.
Embakasi East Constituency MP Hon Babu Owino has penned his thoughts on Ruto's administration since he took office.
In a scale of 0 to 10, Babu has given President Ruto -1 since he got into office following his election on a United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party ticket in the August 9th 2022 election.
He has claimed that Ruto has proven ineffective in terms of his performance since Kenyans still continue to suffer from the yoke of poverty as a result of high cost of living.

"Kenyans are suffering from the yoke of poverty.Cost of living is too high.Dr.Ruto you’ve proven to be ineffective so far.Between 0 to 10 I can give you -1," MP Hon Babu Owino said.
The remarks by Babu come moments after President Ruto hinted at abolishing the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) funding for university students.
