"Is He Gettin His Feet Cold?" Bobi Wine's NUP Party 'Betrays' Besigye In His Move to Ouster Museveni

Political power wrangles in Uganda has increasingly affected the leadership of Uganda led by president Yoweri Museveni since the general elections conducted earlier this year. Bobby Wine just like other presidential candidates who have faced Museveni to claim the presidential seat has cried foul of the elections results pushing for the removal of Museveni who is in has served for over 35years. However, Bobby Wine and his political party, NUP seems to be taking a different political path unlike the former presidential candidate, Besigye who spent his whole political life fighting the Ugandan government.

The National Unity Platform party led by Bobi Wine has refused to join People's Front for Transition move led by Kizza Besigye in a move to ouster president Museveni's government. According to NUP, they fully support the movement but are not going to join the movement. This move comes as a surprise to many Ugandans as NUP has been in frontline fighting to remove the Museveni's led government and form a new democratic government.
