Fearless COTU Secretary General Francis Atwoli was in it again yesterday where he continued attacking DP William Ruto mercilessly. According to his speech in the coast region, Francis Atwoli brought up 2022 general elections where he boldy stated that there is a need to postpone elections. This comes few days after Kivuta Kibwana echoed the same. What is more scaring is that he alleged that DP Ruto is connecting with Dictator Museveni to sneak in guns in 2022 for violence. With such sentiments and remarks DP William Ruto should be interrogated by the DCI.
During live TV interview on Citizen the discussion of election postponement came and Jeremiah Kioni could not hide it. He boldy stated that there will be a huge problem. According to him there is no way you will convince people that they are not going to vote there leaders. If this government wants trouble let them try that.
"“Yes, we can have people causing mayhem in this country if we extend the term of this government but equally there will be mayhem if you tell the people of Ndaragwa and the 27 constituencies that they will never vote for their leader.” Jeremiah Kioni, Chair CIOC.
