I Will Not Join UDA Party - Buzeki

Former Uasin Gishu gubernatorial aspirant Zedekiah Bundotich alias Buzeki now says he will not join UDA party or join the deputy president William Samoei Ruto hustler team.

Speaking to the press Buzeki said he will vie for the Uasin Gishu gubernatorial seat using the independent party ticket.

"I want to say without fear of contradiction that I will not be joining the UDA party nor support the deputy president William Ruto's presidential bid," said the former Uasin Gishu Gishu gubernatorial aspirant while speaking to the press.

Buzeki vied for the Uasin Gishu gubernatorial seat in 2017 but was defeated by thr incumbent governor Jackson Mandago who is serving his second and last term in office.

Buzeki has declared his interest for three Uasin Gishu gubernatorial seat and had called on residents to give him a chance to be their second governor.

"I want to call upon residents of all divide to support my gubernatorial bid in the fourthcoming general elections and I promise to bring development and serve you all without favour or discrimination," he added.

He has been a big critique of the deputy president William Ruto's presidential bid where he has termed him as not fit to become Kenya's next president.

Uasin Gishu is the rural home to the deputy president William Ruto who has declared his interest for the presidency come 2022.

It's only time that will tell if he will be elected as Uasin Gishu governor or not since the region supports deputy president William Ruto's UDA party and anyone going against him cannot be elected
