The most attracting campaigns remain to be those of Deputy President and UDA leader William Samoe Ruto and his close competitor Raila Amollo Odinga who is vying for fifth time this time again under the shade of Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party.

Ruto popularized his name for the last eight months touring different parts of the country to sell his agenda as well as drumming up the Bottom up economy a technic he believes that could add a value to country's deteriorating economy. Same apply to his opponent former prime minister who also drummed up Social Welfare programe that propose a stipend of Ksh 6000 monthly to each family. Being a tight competition, but the late news reported that atleast 30 out of 47 Kenyan governor's endorsed Raila's presidential bid.
