Dr. William Samoei Ruto, Deputy President, and his Hustler Nation militia attacked Western Kenya on Friday in search of votes. DP Ruto was accompanied by two newfound friends, Amani National Congress leader Hon. Musalia Mudavadi and Ford Kenya leader Hon. Moses Wetangula. They mobilized inhabitants of Western Kenya behind the Kenya Kwanza alliance, urging them to pick DP Ruto as the country's next president. They accused Hon. Raila Odinga, head of the Orange Democratic Movement, of treason by referring to his Azimio la Umoja as a government project.

Senator Malalah announced during her address to citizens that one of them would run for the Senate and the other for Governor. He stated that the pair had agreed on which seat each would contest but had not made their decision public.
Boni Khalwale contested the 2017 election against Wycliffe Oparanya but lost. All eyes are now on the trio to see how Ruto, Mudavadi, and Wetangula will accommodate them all.
