The Central Kenya seems to be divided as the country draws nearer to the general elections come next year August. Political bigwigs have stormed the rich voting region which has about 9 million voters. Since independence,it is the first time the region is lacking a serious flagbearer something that has made the politicians to be divided into different factions.
Today,a section of politicians led by Martha Maria and Moses Kutoa have met today. They have agreed to choose Martha Karua as the interim spokesperson for the people of My.Kenya. The leaders who are alleged to be in Tangatanga brigade, says the leaders will not be coerced to fold their parties but they are ready to listen to those people who will have the interests of mt.kenya people at heart.
However,Kieni MP Kamini Kega had dismissed those politicians who have met today. He says he is not part of that discussion and he is only focused in ensuring that he serves the electorates in ensuring that he fulfils what he promised the people of Kieni.
