Late last week rumours surfaced online indicating that Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria had been admitted to a hospital but there was no official communication from his social platforms. However, early today Moses Kuria confirmed that the newly elected Mt Kenya interim spokesperson Martha Karua in the company of other leaders and friends visited him to check on his progress.[Photo courtesy: Kuria's friends in the presence of Dr Gikonyo]

"Thank you Spokesperson for solidarity," Moses Kuria thanked Martha for taking time out of her busy schedule to visit him and check how his health was progressing. Martha was accompanied by a number of friends who looked relieved after Dr Dan Gikonyo who works at the Karen Hospital gave them a quick update of how the lawmaker was progressing after he underwent leg surgey. Kuria's fans rushed to the comment section to wish him well and here is a sample of their messages.[Photos courtesy]

Earlier on Kuria had been visited by other politicians who included Murang'a Senator Irungu Kang'ata and Belgut MP Nelson Koech.[Photo courtesy]
