Its Building Bridges Initiative which would have given him a limelight to hang on or leap out but High Court of Kenya has made that impossible.
After bicameral house’s nod, Kenyans were to decide its fate and this would have given Ralla chance to weigh his options the same way he did in 2005 when his NO team won against Kibaki’s, he consolidated his base and in 2007 race he was a force to reckon.
