The upcoming vocal and vibrant politician, Cleophas Malalah has today, February 4th, hit at the Azimio leader Raila Odinga. Malalah has castigated Raila's plans to engage his followers in demonstrations as he terms it a waste of time.
Malalah has noted that the Azimio brigade are illegally causing disturbance amongst peaceful Kenyans. Speaking during a church service in Kakamega county, the ex-senator has noted that the government that is currently in place belongs to all Kenyans despite of the political differences amongst Kenyans.
Meanwhile, the UDA party secretary general has urged Kenyans to maintain peace across the country. The politician has noted that the government is looking forward towards bringing development across the nation without any political favouritism.
Malalah's speech comes at a time that the Azimio coalition leaders have threatened to engage the state in a serious demonstrations. The Raila-led group gave president Ruto a 14-day ultimatum to accomplish their nine demands.
In the nine demands, the Azimio leader directed the head of state to lower prices of essential commodities for Kenyans. Raila also directed the head of state to meet his demand of opening the servers so that Kenyans know who won the presidential elections.
