Dp Samoei Ruto has humbled himself and pleaded to the president for forgiveness. This was during the national prayer breakfast which took place at Safari Park hotel. It started early Thursday morning, various leaders had the chance of attending the meeting and had the chance of taking breakfast as a family. However, some of which had the chance of addressing the nation. Some like Hon. Martha Karua had the opportunity to talk, she spoke on behalf of Hon. Raila Odinga. This was after the DP gave her some minutes to address.
After her speech, the DP went on with his speech where he started by rejoicing having been the first elected deputy president for ten years. It was from there that he asked for forgiveness from President Uhuru. He went on forgiving anyone who might have wronged him during the ten-year period as a deputy president.
