Raila was dubbed the state project by Deputy President William Ruto in October, and he added that next year's election will be a fight between hustler nation and state programs.
However, Raila Odinga, the leader of the ODM party, has stressed that he is not a state project, saying that there is no way he can be someone's project.
Today, Deputy President William Ruto continued his attack on ODM leader Raila Odinga, referring to him as a state project.

According to the DP, a Raila presidency is being pushed by a small group of wealthy individuals who want to protect their corporate interests at the expense of Kenyans.
He urged Kenyans to reject the ODM leader and embrace his bottom-up economic strategy, which he claims will improve many people's lives.

In 2022, The late Arap Moi fronted Uhuru Kenyatta to be president but he failed terribly. And according to leaders allied to Dp Ruto, the same fate awaits Raila in August polls.
