Citizen TV News Anchor Yvonne Okwara was forced to apologise to the United Democratic Alliance, UDA Presidential Candidate William Samoei Arap Ruto after he cut him short in the middle of his speech.
In the video, DP Ruto was asked his take on Raila's boycotting the Debate because of alleged his “tabia"
“You opponent who did not turn up tonight said he could not stand engage a man who lacks ethics, public morals."
However in his Answer that send the audience to busts to laughter he replied
“Do you think that that is the reason?" He did not come because he does not have a plan, agenda, can't articulate anything people of Kenya, he does not want difficult question."
Yvonne Okwara later cut his short reminding the crowd to to obey the rules. 
“Hon. Ruto, One moment please, This is to remind the audience that they agreed to abide by the rules of the Debate, no cheer no noise."
I'm sorry DP I cut you short, please continue." Yvonne said.
