Mt Kenya leaders and residents have been urged to stop accusing President William Ruto of taking development to the Nyanza region, and allegedly only prayers and thanks to Mt Kenya.
Saboti MP Caleb Amis has opined that President Ruto is aware so much has already been done in Mt Kenya.
According to Amisi, it is just enough for the President to hold prayers and thanksgiving services for the projects that have been completed in Mt Kenya.
The youthful MP stated that people in the Nyanza region or rather people from the Western have historically suffered because of their political stands and that it is justice for them if President Ruto decides to help them by setting up projects in those areas.
"Don't accuse @WilliamsRuto for developing Nyanza and Western while only taking prayers to Mt.Kenya. He knows Mt.Kenya is already developed, praying on the projects is enough, Nyanza & western suffer historical injustices .#ruto you are on track .keep on," he opined.
