"This is what I found him doing to people." Ruto reveals why he fired Kinoti, the former DCI officer

Mr. President, at his meeting and interview with journalists in the White House yesterday, January 4, 2023, he revealed to the people of Kenya that he was the one who sent former Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) officer George Kinoti.

In his new office immediately after he was sworn in as the new president of Kenya, Mr. President had his list of having another new head of office as the DCI; therefore, Mr. Kinoti felt to send a resignation letter, which he could not deny. Because there are things he was doing underground that, as the head of DCI, you should know.

Mr. President went ahead and mentioned that there were thirty bodies in River Yala that were being dropped every day of every week; could he not reveal to the public even a single case of this?

"There was a container here in Nairobi where people were being slaughtered, in a police station." "How did we end up there?" What kind of rogue institution was that? And that is why I fired Kinoti Man, because it's not right." Mr. President stated.

Finally, the president emphasizes that in his office he has taken a step: to task the Independence Police Oversight Authority (IPOA) to get to the bottom of the matter of killing and bring those responsible to book, which he has stated doing.

He has assured the people of Kenya that they will be at peace as long as they are still in power. His government will not get tired of arresting the murderers in Kenya.

"I did not want to have responsibility for many death cases." Mr. President added.
