Bad News To President Ruto As Govt is Taken To Court Over The Hustler Fund Loans.

On December 8, a lawsuit regarding the constitutionality of the Hustlers Fund was filed against President William Ruto's administration.

A civic society group is opposing the operationalization of the Hustlers Fund Loans, claiming that the required rules were not in place to make them a reality.

From the project's inception until the nonprofit organization's financing source The government is urged by Linda Ugatuzi to resolve critical project-related problems.

Because she didn't know where the fund was based, Linda Ugatuzi also had concerns about how well it was operating.

According to Linda Ugatuzi, the fund was created without any type of legal support or guidance from the Constitution.

Prof. Fred Ogolla, speaking on behalf of the civil society group, questioned why loan applications in Kenya required borrowers to give their mobile money PIN numbers.

According to the professor, a law passed by the legislature is required to create a fund of this kind, and any money distributed to Kenyans must be included in the country's financial budget.

According to Linda Ugatuzi, the fund needed parliamentary approval before being established by the President.
