The deputy president William Samoei Ruto and his Kenya Kwanza team have been camping in the coastal region to drum up his presidential bid ahead of the August presidential polls. He sparked congratulatory messages online after he held a consultative meeting that was geared to help the humble families in the coastal region.
He took it to his official social media page saying that they have made several resolutions that will help the hustlers in the region.
"A majority of women and youth in Kwale County struggle to make ends meet. The Kenya Kwanza administration will empower such vulnerable groups not only in Kwale but throughout the country. That is our key focus: Uchumi Kwanza.
Held a consultative meeting with Kwale County’s grassroots leaders at Ukunda's Opportunity Centre and engaged wananchi on our Bottom-Up Economic Model at the Sawa Sawa Grounds-Msambweni." He posted on his official Facebook Page.
The kenyans couldn't keep silent and many said that he is doing good to elevate the lives of kenyans and this will help to elevate the people from the region as others urged him to continue helping the kenyans from other regions who live in a humble lifestyle.
