Some governors have registered disappointment in how the Jubilee party was being run. Among such governors are Ann Waiguru of Kirinyaga as well Lee Kinyanjui of Nakuru who feel the ruling party can not enable them to retain their political seats moving into the 2022 general election.
The governor for Kirinyaga has affirmed that she will not defend her seat through the Jubilee party. According to her she will decamp to another strong party and ensure moving forward she captured the seat for it's clear she was ready to do everything with her power to win the seat.
Governor Lee Kinyanjui has also registered dissatisfaction with the jubilee party especially the leadership of the party. He has also accused the jubilee party of getting into an alliance with ODM without informing party members of something that could be detrimental.
This just confirms the chances of these two governors contesting the seat through the Jubilee party are extremely minimal. Most likely these leaders will join the hustler's nation camp which highly seems dominant in the regions that they represent .
