Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and who is running for the Presidency under the Azimio One Kenya Alliance ticket has offered Wiper Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka two powerful Ministries reserving one for the Mt Kenya region.
In a report via the Sunday Nation, Wiper Party Officials have informed that they have already agreed to back the Azimio One Kenya Alliance presidential candidate Raila Amollo Odinga together with his running mate Martha Karua and are ok with the Chief Cabinet Minister position.
In addition, the Wiper Officials have informed that in the agreement to have Kalonzo drop his statehouse bid, Raila Odinga has agreed that if he wins Kalonzo Musyoka will take the Energy and Foreign Affairs dockets.
"Mr. Musyoka is said to have additionally demanded a Transport and Infrastructure docket but was told the ministry has been earmarked for Mt Kenya," added the Wiper Party official requesting anonymity.
It has also been established that talks are also ongoing between Kalonzo, President Uhuru, and Raila Odinga on whether to hand the former Vice President Devolution or water dockets.
Wiper Party Vice-Chairman Senator Mutula Kilonzo has said that what they are pushing is to have the position awarded to the Wiper documented in the Azimio Coalition Agreement.
