Since it is only less than 45 days to the next general election, both Dp Ruto and Raila Odinga have intensified their campaigns across the country with an aim of luring voters to support their manifesto.
Today while he was campaigning in Garissa county, Azimio La umoja coalition presidential candidate honourable Raila Odinga was disturbed by a section of political rivals who attempted to interrupt his peaceful rally.
Through Kenyans.co.ke verified facebook page, Raila Odinga had to be allowed to continue with his rally inside a police camp in Daadab Garissa county due to security reasons
This comes just a week after his rally was also disrupted by angry youths in Samburu county after youths from different political divides was seen throwing stones towards the podium when local leaders were giving their speeches.
We urge all youths to refrain from unwarranted behavior especially during this electioneering period so that peace and stability will be maintained before and after the polls.
