In my own view, yes. Why? Despite the fall out between the two due to alleged cause being the BBI,William Ruto has been at the forefront campaigning for the "Big Four Agenda".
Which includes creation of jobs, health, education and industrialization. And because the president is going to open projects done in line with such four agendas, the deputy president should show solidarity by being present so that he can be a true picture of what he talks.
The president is expected to visit Rift Valley next month together with Gideon Moi.Whereby he is to open the government projects done during his era in the bid to leave a legacy as the fourth president of Kenya.
However, its not clear whether the second in command will be present due to their political differences.Ruto as he has been going to Uhuru's backyard, i think its the high time hr also presents himself in the tour to welcome the one in command also in his " bedroom ". But as they say, there are no permanent enemies in politics.
