It is likely that Kanini kega might dump Azimio la umoja coalition, this after citing betrayal from it's members and endorsed Riggy G as the new Mt Kenya king pin.
" I thought my people from Azimio would support me but i was shocked when the voting was done. Some of them voted for people i did not even recognize. I could not believe that would happen to me considering how i stuck out my neck for of their own. So far, Rigathi Gachagua did well in uniting us, this is the only senior leader we have in Mt Kenya. We need to rally behind him as a region".Hon. Kanini Kega, EALA MP said this said this during an interview with Inooro TV.
It's likely that Kanini kega might dump Azimio la umoja coalition for Kenya kwanza government after Mt Kenya leaders voted for his favour in the recent election polls for EALA.
However, Kanini kega is not the only Azimio leader complaining of betrayal from the coalition, this comes after disagreement in representation in PAC in which jubilee party complained of blackmail from their ODM counterparts. Yesterday ODM vice Chairman Wycliffe Oparanya complained of the same by the coalition indicating that he will not support Raila Odinga again.
IThis is blow to Raila Odinga as the coalition is on verge of breaking if it's leadership will not address this issue.
