List Of Men In William Ruto's Inner Circle Ahead Of The 2022 General Election

Before the 2022 General Election, Deputy President William Ruto has enlisted the support of some of the best minds in the country to help him fine-tune his bottom-up economic strategy.

The DP has declared aspirations in succeeding President Uhuru Kenyatta and has popularized the hustler narrative, which he claims will help regular Kenyans. David Ndii, Raphel Munavu, Irene Asienga, Augustine Cheruiyot, and Mugambi Mureithi are among Ruto's economic gurus. In 2017, Ndii is credited with drafting the Vision 2030 and National Super Alliance (NASA) manifestos.

Turkana Governor Josphat Nanok, a former ODM member, has been tasked with coordinating Ruto's economic forums, while lawyer Korir Singo'ei, assisted by Katwa Kigen, is in charge of legal and political issues. Edward Kisiang'ani and Barrack Muluka, a communications expert, are responsible for crafting messages that would resonate with the so-called hustler country.

Former senators Hassan Omar, Boni Khalwale, and Johnson Muthama are among the DP's squad of experienced politicians.

Anne Waiguru, the governor of Kirinyaga, has hinted at leaving the incumbent party and joining the restructured United Democratic Alliance (UDA) led by DP Ruto. The first-term county executive declared on Wednesday, September 22, that the voters would decide her political vehicle in the 2022 elections.
