Taking to his to his Twitter account today,Havi revealed that the National Assembl wiill today, approve the the appointment of Chief Justice Martha Koome.
Havi however, questioned the inability of Mps to question President Uhuru's refusal to have 49 judges sworn in.He further said the Mps should feel ashamed of themselves.
"The National Assembly will today, approve the appointment of Chief Justice but has not, for the last three years, questioned President Uhuru Kenyatta’s refusal to swear-in 40 Judges. Three good years! Everyone, name your MP and tell him/her “....you are a shame to Kenya," Havi said.
President Uhuru had been criticized earlier by the Judiciary, which said that the courts in Kenya have been filled by many cases but can't be serviced, because of few judges.
It will be waited to be seen if the Head of State will eventually yield to demands and have the Judicial Service sworn in the 40 judges.
