Fear of Ruto? Speculations Rife as Kangata Claims The Following Ahead of Juja By-Election (VIDEO)

Senator Irungu Kangata of Muranga County is one of the well-known and vocal politicians we have around in the country. The lawmaker is well known for his uniqueness and creativity when it comes to defending his political side. When he speaks during any legal session, loud silence is maintained and if the proceedings are live, everyone listens.

Back to what makes our headline, Irungu Kangata has once again raised speculations that Deep State Members are now afraid of the humiliating and heartbreaking defeat during the upcoming Juja Constituency By-Election. According to the news by KTN News, Mr. Irungu Kangata has courageously claimed that his friend Hon Moses Kuria has faced constant intimidation from the government after he decided to file his candidate (who is allegedly stronger than Jubilee's) for the upcoming byelection.

In regards to his (Moses Kuria) arrest, Senator Irungu Kangata has now revealed that it was an orchestrated plan to taint Moses Kuria's political image to look as if he doesn't follow the Ministry of Health's directives in regards to Covid-19 containment measures.

Bearing in mind that Moses Kuria is a close ally of Deputy President William Ruto, Irungu Kangata has claimed that the decision to slap Kuria with a fine of kshs 75,000 or 8 months of imprisonment was meant to lock him and his candidate out of the upcoming byelections.

"It is with no doubt that our competitors have started to worry because they know what awaits them. Initially, they wanted to front our current candidate but because he (Moses Kuria's candidate) refused, they have been trying hard to frustrate him. I have received reports that he has been summoned to appear in the DCI Offices on Thursday, even though he knows nothing about the behind the scenes plan," Irungu Kangata Told KTN News on Tuesday night.
