The governor who has already declared interest in decamping from the political faction that supports His Excellency the Head of State president Uhuru Kenyatta met with the allies of the deputy president at an undisclosed location.
Among those she is with is her closest critic Nakuru county senator Susan Kihika who has always questioned her earlier attacks directed at the deputy president William Ruto.
Nyeri county woman representative Honourable Rahab Mukami was also present at the meeting that Susan Kihika has dubbed as girls catching up.
Another close defender of the deputy president William Ruto in the meeting is the Malindi constituency Member of Parliament Honourable Aisha Jumwa.
It is not yet known what they discussed but it cones weeks after Anne Mumbi Waiguru declared I retest in decamping to deputy president William Ruto's United Democratic Alliance movement Party.
In recent times, the governor’s support for Jubilee Party has been wobbly. Her defection yesterday was similarly shaky. Like the perfect politician, she turned to an ecstatic crowd to provide some assurance, feigning hesitancy.
“Mimi nitawauliza ndugu zangu na dada zangu, kwa sababu naskia mtanirudisha, mnataka nikuje na chama gani huku Kirinyaga? (I ask you my brothers and sisters, because I’m told you will reelect me, which party should I use),” posed Waiguru.
