Temperatures are high across the country and it is not only politics that are making headlines. The wrangles between Judiciary and executive are on another level. When 2017 presidential election were nullified everything turned uglier. President Uhuru Kenyatta promised he will revisit and since then the Judiciary and executive stalemate has become total nightmare.
CJ Martha Koome troubles began back when the JSC Commissioners choose her Fred Ngatia and William Ouko. These crested mixed reactions. The high court has been in the fore front of rejecting president Uhuru Kenyatta Moves. With 2022 general elections approaching, the high court gave president Uhuru Kenyatta 14 days to appoint six judges failure to which they will do it on there own.
Former CJ has now stated that CJ Martha Koome can only solve the stalemate between Judiciary and executive by exercising her powers fully. According to Nation Africa News, He failed miserably as a CJ, let him leave Koome alone . Let him stick to helping Boniface rebuild his “bombed” house and bringing Miguna home . A absolute let down
