Khalwale Alleges what Would Happen to Nyanza if ODM Would Commit Energy They Use to Fight For Raila

Reports have emerged showing that there is a new push to have the office of the official opposition leader created for Azimio la Umoja Chief Raila Odinga.

The push by Azimio is meant to see the Constitution amended to embed a powerful office that will keep the government in check.

The Bill, drafted by a technical committee of the Azimio coalition and dubbed Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill, could see the law revised through a parliamentary initiative.

Kakamega County Senator Boni Khalwale has reacted to the move alleging what would happen if ODM party could commit the energy they use to fight for Raila.

Khalwale has alleged that if ODM comitted the energy they use to fight for Raila, Nyanza would be the most developed region in Kenya today.

He has further claimed that the bill to have the office of the official opposition leader created is meant to serve Raila's interests.

"If @TheODMparty were to commit the same high levels of energy they utilise for fighting for the great babaman, Nyanza would today be the most developed region in Kenya. An constitutional amendment tailored for their leader. OTM!' Khalwale said.
