The breakup within the ruling Jubilee Party, if it can be called so continues to be messy, noisy and with casualties especially as the relationship between President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto appear to be deteriorating with each passing day.
President Uhuru Kenyatta has been leading a ruthless purge on perceived Ruto allies with former Senate majority leader Kipchumba Murkomen, his Nakuru counterpart Susan Kihika among many others in the national assembly and Senate falling casualty of the purge.
And now, there is a new political casualty in town as Jubilee Party has made a decision to kick out Soy Constituency member of the National assembly Caleb Kositany as it's deputy secretary general.
The announcement that has been confirmed by various media outlets has it that cherengany Constituency MP Joshua Kutuny has been named as his immediate replacement.
It is to be remembered that Kositany has been walking on a tight rope for many months especially as he has been a thorn in the flesh to factions allied to president Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga within Jubilee ranks.
