Will Sossion Survive As The Knut Leader After Saturday's Election?

" Knut secretary General, Wilson Sossion, now claims his office is under siege from the government."

This is according to popular news website NTV News as posted it on their Facebook page.

A total of 1,878 delegates from eight regional branches will vote their new leaders.

" All those desiring to contest various seats should submit their nominations for candidature between 8am and 5pm Friday to the returning officer at the venue. Any late submission shall not be accepted," said Sossion.

According to NTV news, a total of 50 seats will be contested on Ruaraka Sports Club on Saturday.

" Election will be held in strict compliance with the covid-19 guidelines as issued by Ministry of Health to avoid transmission of the dreaded virus within the delegates who will be attending the special Delegates conference," said Wilson Sossion.

This comes after teachers from Homa bay county accused Sossion of dividing the Union adding that they will not support him for another term in the office.
