Raila Gets 0.03% While Ruto Gets 96.67% Verified And Confirmed Votes In Mogotio

To many Kenyans, the subject of who will serve as president for the next five years is a topic of great interest. The result has not been announced as of this writing, even though elections took place on August 9. Kenya's two-term president, Uhuru Kenyatta, is expected to step down this month.

For this election, the two leading candidates are William Rutto of the Kenya Kwanza brigade and Raila Odinga of the Zimo La Umoja coalition. During the country's preliminaries for president, live results from the Bomas are shown on television.

IEBs therefore carefully examines vote totals for each presidential candidate across all countries. This will help guarantee correct and satisfying results from the votes.

The most recent tweet from Citizen TV on the results indicates that Raila Odinga was successful in securing votes in the Magogo Constituency in the Baringo County. The final tally was Rutto 30,824 votes, Raila 982, Wajakkoyah 49, and Rutto 34.

This is just one of several more constitutions that have been confirmed by the IEB's tallying center. Read on for a link to images of other areas.
