Martha blamed the newly elected president for not showing respect to the rule of law.
"His (Ruto) true colors are showing, lack of respect for the rule of law and a deficit of democracy in his actions," she said.
She said it is premature for the Kenya Kwanza Alliance presidential candidate to start trying to disorganize political parties unlawfully.
"It is premature for somebody to start trying to disorganize political parties unlawfully," she added.
She spoke in Kirinyaga on Friday where she also castigated DP Ruto for what she termed as illegally welcoming defections from Azimio to his Kenya Kwanza fold.
Karua accused Ruto saying he is going against the Constitution by wooing leaders elected on independent tickets together with those from other parties to his political camp.
She narrated that any defection before a new government captures power was against the Political Parties Act governing the formation of parties and coalitions.
