Today in Mois Bridge, the race for Uasin Gishu Gubernatorial seat was displayed after three aspirants shared the podium. Veska Kangongo, Hon Chelilim alias Koti moja, and Solomon Popularly referred to as Governor wa baiskeli.
The Kenya Kwanza had made a stop over to address the residents and when Oscar Sudi Invited Veska Kangongo to speak, Chelilim's supporters kept shouting Koti moja's name interrupting the Nairobi CEC. However the lady showed her sternness as she ordered the youths to respect the cooking stick
"wewe munaona Mwiko? Wangapi wanaheshimu mwiko hapa?" Kangongo used a kalenjin parable to tell the youths who were shouting to respect women.
Oscar Sudi was angered by Chelilim's supporters for interrupting speeches of leaders and he ordered them to be respectfully.
"'Tafadhali vijana, skiza eeh, hii mkutano ni national, si mkaee tu, si unajua penye kura yako inaenda" Sudi angrily lectured the youths and when he saw the youths were not ready to heed his advice he tactically and quickly invited Chelilim and asked him to talk to his supporters " Chelilim Kuja ongelesha hii watu yako" Sudi said.
The Youths seemed happy when Chelilim finally took over the mic as koti moja chants filled the air. There have been speculations that Chelilim is Mandago's project. The leader is gaining popularity and odds are that he is likely the next governor of Uasin Gishu.
