The United Democratic Alliance Party has begun planning to silence Mathira Member of Parliament Hon. Rigathi Gachagua, with Muranga Senator Irungu Kangata revealing some vital information regarding Deputy President William Ruto's operation if he wins the presidency.
Sources inside the United Democratic Alliance Party told the Nation that there is increasing apprehension among UDA members that Rigathi Gachagua may mutiny against William Ruto for being too ambitious if he is chosen as DP Ruto's running partner.
It has been established that "They claim Gachagua is too ambitious." There is concern that he is excessively ambitious, to the point that he would run for president in 2027."
There is a fear that if the Mathira Member of Parliament becomes the country's second in command, he may create instability in William Ruto's cabinet and defect to the Mt Kenya voters group.
Senator Irungu Kangata of Muranga, on the other hand, has responded by stating that DP Ruto is free to work with anybody and that he is a good leader who would not allow him to have a falling out with his deputy.
"Ruto isn't the same as Uhuru." Dr. Kang'ata said, "We feel what transpired had everything to do with Uhuru's persona."
Deputy President William Ruto has also said that he would not want to treat his deputy in the same manner that he was treated in Uhuru's administration.
