Uhuru has been known to interact with all sorts of people in the country. From children, students, and people living with a disability. Today president Uhuru was in the coastal region of Mombasa to launch several projects. However, a photo of him, Amina Mohammed, and a person living with a disability has caught the attention of many.
Many were pleased to note that she is a senior staff of the government and she was employed based on her credentials and was not looked down upon because of his physical look. The head of state seemed to be enjoying the company of the woman as they launched different projects.
This is not the first time the head of state has been seen interacting with people physically challenged. In his first term, he was the guest of honor in the wedding of Isaac Mwaura who was nominated to parliament to represent people living with a disability.
