Since his handshake with President Uhuru Kenyatta, Raila Odinga has been receiving support from a section of Mt. Kenya leaders and people. He has been enjoying more support than the one he used to enjoy before in the region.
Although Raila Odinga is yet to declare his interest in the presidential seat, many of the people have been claiming that the 2022 general election will be a 2 horse race, Raila Odinga vs DP William Ruto. In Mt. Kenya region, things have not been different either but at least, today Raila Odinga will sleep a happy man after Mutahi Ngunyi deciding that there should be no more secrets.
Through his official twitter account, Mutahi Ngunyi finally told his Kikuyu fellows the truth about his choice in the next general election. According to Ngunyi, Raila Odinga is the leader that will receive his vote.
"Dear Kikuyus: If ELECTIONS are held TODAY, I will VOTE Raila. And if I am WRONG, I do not CHOSE to be RIGHT. One man with GOD is in the MAJORITY. Lets MEET in the FUTURE." Tweeted Mutahi Ngunyi.
