Bumula MP has reacted to Edwin Sifuna's statement regarding sentiments of DP Rigathi Gachagua in defence of Sakaja. This was after the Nairobi Senator castigated Gachagua for interfering in matters within the county, referring to the Constitution where Governors are not subject to direction or control by the National Government

On Monday evening, Bumula MP Jack Wanami Wamboka has welcomed this move by Sifuna to defend Sakaja noting that Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has to be called out and stopped for his utterances and behaviour against Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja who was elected under UDA party ticket in the August elections
This was after Gachagua faulted Sakaja's move to evacuate matatus from Nairobi CBD as he explained that such decisions should be met after thorough discussions. This reaction by Wamboka is crucial since it comes exactly one week after the Bumula legislator threatened to initiate Rigathi Gachagua's impeachment motion in Parliament
