Kyagulanyi who is also a National Unity Platform leader has today,made a historical move in Uganda.Bobi Wine and his group has withdraw his petition from the supreme court.According to Kyagulanyi and entire National Unity Platform party has alleged that,Uganda supreme court will not deliver justice to his case.Kyagulanyi has disclosed that they have decided to take his case to the people court.
Bobi Wine has posted on his tweeter account stating"Today, we announced our decision to withdraw the election petition from the Supreme Court. The Court has manifested unprecedented bias, partiality and double standards. Declining our request to file evidence was the last stroke. We are taking the case to the Court of the People."
Kyagulanyi has accused the Ugandan authorities of blocking his attempt to present a case against President Museveni.He said“Declining our request to file evidence was the last stroke. We are taking the case to the Court of the People. Ultimately, when all is said and done, the People of Uganda will have the final say on the destiny of their nation,” he said.
