Outgoing nominated Senator Hon Milicent Omanga is the latest leader from the President-Elect camp to react to the Azimio la Umoja press conference where they rejected the election results as well as the four IEBC commissioners who disowned the election results.
While taking to her social media platforms, Milicent Omanga claimed that the Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya Alliance together with the estranged four IEBC commissioners have no basis for their complaints.
She also added that she had no doubt that the Supreme Court of Kenya will throw out their case and rule in favor of President-Elect Dr. William Samoei Ruto in the coming days.
"The four IEBC commissioners and Azimio are reading from the same script. Problem is that both have no basis for their complaints. I've no doubt the Supreme Court will not entertain their joke". She said.
This comes after the Azimio la Umoja-Ond Kenya presidential candidate Raila Odinga on Tuesday rejected the election results. He alleged there was massive rigging and blamed IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati for election malpractice.
Also, four IEBC commissioners distanced themselves from election results claiming that the process was opaque.
