The President Hon William Samoei Ruto was accompanied by his deputy Hon Rigathi Gachagua and a section of the Kenya Kwanza coalition team to Lamu County for inspection of government projects. They attended a church service at Mpeketoni for Thanksgiving Sunday service.
Addressing the event, the head of state Hon William Samoei Ruto made it clear that the Election process is over and the opening of the IEBC servers will be opened during the next polls because the public will also have the opportunity to tally and verify the results just the way it was done during the past election process.
He sent a plea to the former Prime Minister Hon Raila Amollo Odinga to accept the defeat and work as the opposition leader so that he can keep the Kenya Kwanza coalition government in check. He urged the people to support the government.
