On Friday, Her Excellency the Kirinyaga county governor Anne Mumbi Waiguru held a high profile meeting at her county headquarters offices in Kutus.
She has revealed that she was visited by officials from the National Bank of Kenya with whom she discussed several important issues that will benefit the people of the great county of Kirinyaga.
According to the second term governor, they together discussed areas where they can collaborate which will enhance the service delivery to the people.
"With officials from National Bank of Kenya who paid me a courtesy call at the County HQ. We discussed areas of possible partnership to further enhance service delivery to our people. #KirinyagaRising"Anne Mumbi Waiguru.
She held the meeting just a day after she convened a meeting with the county cabinet who deliberated on several issues including the revenue generation targets for the county.
She is also the chairperson of the Council of Governors which gives her a top position to meeting with different stakeholders who will help in prosperity of devolution in the country.
