It's no longer a secret that the goose has already been cooked for the Deputy President as far as his relationship with the President is concerned. The two leaders have been clashing over different issues in the recent past.
In a recent public outburst, the president called out his Deputy and asked him to resign if he feels the government is not working. Barely 12 hours after the outburst the Deputy President was only the receiving end of an order to ban the planned burial of Mahoo Ward MCA Ronald Sagurani in Taveta.
Despite the orders to stop the burial ceremony, the Deputy President still defied the instructions and attended the burial where he met locals and the bereaved family.
He was in the company of an area member of Parliament Dr. Naomi Shaban among other leaders. Mr. Sagurani passed away last week after a short battle with illness.
