The failure of Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) to go through in the Court of Appeal has triggered a series of mixed reactions from various leaders.
Leaders across the political divide have expressed mixed thoughts since the seven-judge bench of the Court of Appeal dismissed the BBI appeal, stating that the constitutional amendment process was unlawfully initiated.
Kiharu Constituency MP Hon Ndindi Nyoro has today given his thoughts on the failed BBI agenda while on love Television interview with one of the local stations.
Speaking on K24, the controversial DP Ruto ally has claimed that the BBI process was marred with bribery and intimidation, as witnessed ehen MCAs was given car grants to support the process.
Nyoro has claimed that the entire BBi process was all about two factions; One Kenya Alliance (OKA) and Oramge Democratic Movement (ODM) party led by Raila Odinga and there is anger since the plan flopped in the Courts.
"The whole BBI process was marred with bribery and intimidation. Just like we saw MCAs being bribed with cars. It was all about OKA and ODM that is why there is makasiriko because their plan has failed," Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro said.
