"Steve Kay is a famous Luhyia Musician. He is a proper hustler. He sought to uplift himself by constructing classrooms for Kimilili CDF in between his singing gigs. But once the job was done, instead of a payment he received a beating from tangatanga.
#BottomUpus https://t.co/EwbhTUrHDt" Sifuna tweeted.
From the video clip which was shared online , the member of Parliament is seen slapping the musician on the face . After the slap the people who had sorounded the Kimilili member of Parliament interfere and push the musician backward and prevent them from exchanging conflict.
