Uproar As Ruto Claims 2022 Contest Is Now Framed Between Hustler's Bottom-Up & Trickle-Down Approach

The Deputy President William Ruto has sparked mixed reactions online, after he claimed that the 2022 general election contest was now framed.

Penning his thoughts on a post from his twitter page with photos, the UDA Party leader William Ruto revealed that Bottom-Up Economic Development Model will seek to create jobs and expand enterprises and will compete against the project of the System that believes in patronage, trickle-down approach and handouts.
