Paul Mwite has praised president Uhuru Kenyatta over his move on tea and coffee bill.According to the reports from the state house, president has today issued two executive orders which will lead to reforms in the coffee and tea sub-sectors.President Uhuru Kenyatta has signed a bill where the executive order number 3 of 2021on the revitalization of tea sub-sector that directs the Attorney general to conduct an inquiry into allegations of statutory.
Most of tea and coffee farmers have been undergoing hell as their products gives them peanuts.The brokers has been siphoning farmers money leaving them in pathetic situations.Paul Mwite has thanked president Uhuru Kenyatta for his move.He has disclosed that brokers have been sabotaging the sectors leading to low yields by the farmers.
Mwite said"Executive Orders 2021 No 2 & 3 on Coffee and Tea must not be sabotaged by those who have been milking farmers for many years.Hongera Mr President"
