Wangui Ngirici is a Kenyan politician and businesswoman. Wangui Ngirici is the current sitting Woman Representative for Kirinyaga County. Hon. Wangui Ngirici was elected during the 2017 general elections in Kenya through the ruling Jubilee Coalition ticket.
Hon. Wangui Ngirici is among the politicians who ditched Jubilee Coalition and together with Deputy President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto formed the United Democratic Alliance. But it seems as if other women in United Democratic Alliance are supporting incumbent Governor Anne Mumbi Waiguru who Hon. Wangui Ngirici plans to unseat in the fourth coming general elections to be held next year in Kenya. Governor Anne Mumbi Waiguru was pictured alongside Aisha Jumwa, Susan Kihika and Rahab Mukami. An incident that has irked Wangui Ngirici telling them to stay away from Kirinyaga County affairs.
According to The Star Kenya, in a scathing attack, an irked Ngirici who is a staunch UDA supporter told off her three colleagues saying they should cease from interfering in Kirinyaga politics and instead mind about their re-election in their respective home counties.
“If you were elected in Nyeri, Nakuru and the Coast, channel your energy there."
